I haven't seen anything on that Nwankwo kid. Is he a true post-up type guy, or more of a stretch 4? I'm dying for us to sign a good inside player.

No Bama players drafted. Is this an indictment on AG's ability to recruit or coach em up or both. I am having a hard time recalling an AG recruit at Bama that got drafted. Maybe the 2015 draft will see at least one. Looking at the team though I am having a hard time naming one though. Help from you Gurus?

Levi is the only one who really has had his name out there. I doubt there will be any players drafted next year. I'd say Kessens is a pro prospect, Jimmie and Hale too. Also heard good things about Jeff Garrett as far as having the tools to play at the next level goes.

we got the hype for a lot of incoming "studs" in the past as well. Hope things are getting better as Bama needs a monster year.

I give you Mo Williams but Gottfried had nothing to do with Gerald Wallace skills at all. He said himself. He didn't learn how to play until he got in the league.

I probably misunderstood your original statement. I wouldn't advocate for Gotfrieds development prowess, ever. Kennedy Winston, Rod Grizzard, and Richard Hendrix come to mind when thinking of guys who should have been drafted and had NBA careers.

LOL...damn we had some good college players that probably should've been in the league on size and athletic ability alone.

Scientific fact: Alabama basketball can never have good news without bad news to follow it.

Thats the bad thing about basketball with the early signing period. If we have a great year and kids change there mind they are already signed.
