Cut down the days of delivery unless it's an essential service.
Making it a premium service will only further put a dent in the budgets of schools and government agencies that are legally required to use USPS.

Stop providing illegal immigrants with government services and stop unconstitutionally fighting wars for Israel and we could afford the Post Office running a deficit.

Kill the PAEA.
This makes no sense to me. They have to prefund their employees retirement plan, instead of just funding as they retire (which I assume is the other option).

Charge a premium price for special P.O. Boxes for men that are really glory holes.

Shut it down completely. Let the major carriers such as FedEx and UPS perform all mail delivery services.
