Thread on the LSU board monitoring some of the moves as well.

Brandon Harris (QB who Arky and LSU is after) got his first rating at 90 (4*).

Speedy Noil got moved into the top 30 and is now a 5*. (Big LSU target, has offers from just about everyone)

it's UT vs Bama battle. Butch Jones wants him so it's ours to lose.

"The visit to Tennessee went really good," Cornwell said. "Tennessee has a great program. It's a special place. Obviously, they are going to win. I think Tennessee is a ticking time bomb. I am not sure how long it will take, but I think they will win a national title soon.

The NFL is a big influence for Cornwell. He grew up a Colts fan, and attended Colts games for seven consecutive years, and patterns his game after some of the greats. "I see myself as a combination of Ben Rothlesberger and Tom Brady, but of course Peyton Manning is my favorite."

IF, and I'm stressing if, he ends up signing with Alabama (it's just so early and I haven't followed his recruitment at all), would he and Cooper Bateman be in another AJ McCarron and Phillip Sims position? AJ McCarron leaves after this season, leaving redshirt freshman Cooper Bateman competing with true freshman David Cornwell (I give them the advantage over Alec Morris).

With both being highly touted recruits and very, very good, just seems like one would transfer a la Phillip Sims.

Just an observation... Same thing obviously goes with Auburn this year if we are able to even sign a quarterback worthy of competing with Jeremy Johnson after his redshirt year, or when Nick Marshall graduates (most think he was brought in to start at quarterback).
