Cliff Ellis is a slightly better coach than Barbee but he never had to recruit under Under Armour or under our current Komara ban. We would be slightly better but still not an NCAA tourney level team. There are a handful of coaches today that could win at Auburn in our current situation but unfortunately none of them would consider the job.

Still don't think the recruiting "barriers" are really that big of a deal. Shaq, Jordan, and BGJ were part of a good class by Auburn standards.
