At MSU, we win 8 games and get rid of both the Offensive Coordinator and Defensive Coordinator.

Ole Miss goes 6-6 and think their coaching staff is the best thing since sliced bread.

I guess they are content with mediocrity as long as they win the party. SMH

10 people at Gator Bowl. Compass Bowl record crowd of almost 60K. Another difference.

Makes sense since Mullet was talking about a championship, and we only won 2 games last year!

It's pretty easy to see Ole Miss will dominate this rivalry in the future.

I'm still not certain if I like State or Ole Miss more. Both are the lovable losers, but they have a crazy dynamic.

No different than we were after 09 and 10. As long as you beat your conference rival and/or ain a bowl game, you deserve to be happy after years of mediocrity.

At some point though you want to surpass even that and compete with the top SEC schools. Stagnating and/or going backwards should result in coaching changes because the standards are now much higher.

You're better than this deltaland. Bet if we do a poll on whose position they'd rather be in, most posters would pick us. We went from 2-10 to this, almost disgracing Johnny Football and LSU. I thought we'd get pounded this year, but we were heavily competitive this year. I couldn't ask anymore of my team this year, while your team ended in an epic face plant and failure.

Where the frick do you get your superiority? How many 10 win seasons do you have? Championships? Stfu. Miss State hasn't done shite so for you to talk shite about a team that beat out this year is comical.

Ole Miss has been the better program of the two, for the most part, historically... and they'll be the better of the two in the future.
