What i'm seeing so far is the inflated SEC defensive rankings from the regular season. So far UGA, SC, LSU, and now UF have all given up wayyyy more points then their average.

What parity. The SEC is 16-6 in BCS games including 8-1 in title games. In contrast the Golden Domers are an impressive 0-3 and were blown out in each loss. By the way the only other BCS conference with a winning record in BCS games is the Pac-12 with a 12-7 record.
The SEC has earned the right to gloat. ND has not. You should probably tread lightly until you actually win a BCS game.

It's always been like this. 2008 Utah, 2005 Georgia-WVU, 2009 LSU-Penn State, ect. You're just in panic mode
that WVU team was way better than Utah, this Lville team and Penn State

Ahhh, the SEC built in excuses comes out. They aren't inspired!!!1!1.
Is Bama gonna be uninspired when ND takes them behind the woodshed?
I dunno. Has Notre Dame played inspired football in any of their bullshite bowl games since, oh, I dunno, let's say 1995?
January 2, 1995 Fiesta Bowl L #5 Colorado 24 41
January 1, 1996 Orange Bowl L #8 Florida State 26 31
December 28, 1997 Independence Bowl L #15 LSU 9 27
January 1, 1999 Gator Bowl L #12 Georgia Tech 28 35
January 1, 2001 Fiesta Bowl L #5 Oregon State 9 41
January 1, 2003 Gator Bowl L #17 North Carolina State 6 28
December 28, 2004 Insight Bowl L Oregon State 21 38
January 2, 2006 Fiesta Bowl L #4 Ohio State 20 34
January 3, 2007 Sugar Bowl L #4 LSU 14 41
December 24, 2008 Hawai?i Bowl W Hawai?i 49 21
December 31, 2010 Sun Bowl W Miami (FL) 33 17
December 29, 2011 Champs Sports Bowl L #25 Florida State 14 18

I'd say it's a mix of parity and non-motivated players.
It's not like UL is picking up scrubs out of the state of Florida.

Two average teams squaring off to see who the best average team in CFB is.. big deal. Only the biggest homers think that any team in the country this year could compete with some of the champions from previous years. Not a single team this season has impressed me.. not even LSU, even when we were contending.
When this terrible Florida team is #3 in the country and this LSU team is top-10.. CFB is a joke. These teams are terrible.

Nebraska and Michigan gave UGA and USCe all they could handle.
I never get when people say things like "Florida would destroy Clemson or UGA would kill Louisville." Anything can happen in one game and that's what we're seeing in this game. I don't buy the "they're not motivated BS." It's not like Florida suffered a huge letdown at the end of the season that cost them a shot at the title.
I would put big money on ND covering the spread if I was a betting man. After some of these games, I think it's a very even game.

Newsflash: Most of the national championship teams from the SEC weren't that great. '06 Florida and '07 LSU are the two worst national championship teams in the BCS era. 1998 Tennessee and 2010 Auburn weren't that great either. 2003 LSU got their asses kicked at home by a team starting a true freshman QB. Only '08 Florida, '09 Bama, and '11 Bama were "great" championship teams.

The butthurt is strong with this one.
How did Clempson's jizz taste?

Didn't Arkansas lose to ULM and Rutgers this year? I must have dreamed that

it's not "butthurt" at all.
I just don't get this whole "we're all together in the SEC" talk. I didn't like it when ESPN started to plug it in to everything they do.

Well that's where coaching comes along. Part of being a great team is having a great coach who can motivate their players. If he can't then his team just isn't as good as everyone thought. I'm not buying the non motivated bullshite. This is a BCS game....not the New Orleans Bowl.

I get it. It's hard to root for the SEC because you didn't go to the SEC, you went to LSU. But I do believe that my school is elevated by the rest of the conference's success. This belief will remain as long as several SEC teams remain a threat to win a NC in any given year.

It's good to see aTm helping one conference improve. It's been a while since they helped improved the previous conference they were affiliated with.

And this years probable champion belongs at the bottom of that list. Hell, 2006 LSU could prob beat 2012 Bama by 3 possessions. They would crush this LSU squad.
