Tell me, what does OM need to get a top 10 recruiting class?
RN, Treadwell, ED, Carr, Kamara, Connor, Kirkland and Moore should do the trick... I don't care what the Jones kid says... If we get him on campus with all these guys plus Coley and Tunsil he may rethink his commitment... Hanging out at The Library on his visit with those guys gives us an edge over him hanging out with Scott Austin, Shelby Christy and Trent fricking Simpson at Rick's

Like Nkemdeche? Do you really attribute him even considering OM to Freeze? Nutt was a genius for pursuing big brother when no one else did. And to make him look like even more of a genius Denzel turned out to be a baller.

OM fans really are trying to turn their 2012 into the best 6-6 team in the history of football. Ikeep hearing about State's blowouts, but they seem to forget:
Texas beat you by 35 and laid 66 on you
Alabama had you 27-7 at half and coasted
A&M played their worst game of the season- turning it over 6 times- and still beat you
You just edged by a shitty UPig team
Vandy beat you again
Georgia beat you like a drum- you had 70-something yards of offense the last 3 quarters
You won the Egg Bowl- on your home field. Both teams are 6-1 at home the last 14 years of the Egg Bowl.
8 wins > 6 wins
Gator Bowl > Birmingham Bowl
Next season should be fun

He's not going to visit, so you can hang it up

You do realize that Nutt had Nkemdiche so upset with him when he left that he nearly left Ole Miss...

A little more for us than y'all, but yeah, I agree...

Just because he "decommitted" doesn't mean he ends up in Oxpatch and it doesn't mean he won't end up in Starkville either. It just means he is an attention whore that likes to see his name out there.

because a win NYD would be our 2nd time to win 9 games in the last 3 seasons- I left that out

That is neither here nor there. The fact of the matter is that by him simply giving big bro a scholly it got OM's foot in the door with RN. It was a good play, very far sighted. Even if RN doesn't come to OM, DN is gonna contribute.

My bad Coonass... Always just assumed you were Gene... Your ability to spin MSU football into something other than the big, smoking pile of dog shite that it has always been confused me a little.

I can't figure out why OM posters on here hate on Gene so bad when Yancy Porter is the biggest liar out there. Man that guy is full of shite.

Yes, Yancy is full of shite... But he is one hell of a salesman... Always keeps his readers wanting more sunshine and he does have some really good inside sources... He reminds me of Marshall Henderson... If I wasn't a fan of Ole Miss I would hate his guts... Now Rosebowl and Gene on the other hand, Everything I just said minus the good inside sources.... Except in the case of Robert Elliot... Who pumped my gas last time I cut through Okolona driving to Oxford
