Tennessee Football History Question

So I was watching that Tennessee Football operations video somebody posted the other day showing the new buildings. I got to the part where the narrator was talking about Tenn history and he said you are the most successful program since 1925 or something like that.
Couple of questions:
What is he basing this on? Winning percentage, number of wins, bowl wins, NC? I am genuinely curious no flame.
Also, I know this video was made 2 or 3 years ago so is that still true today despite the recent struggles at UT?
Thanks for the info.

As of 2011, Tennessee was the winningest program by winning percentage since 1926. I believe we are now 2nd or 3rd though.
quote:
As of 2011:
1. Tennessee .733
2. Alabama .730
3. Ohio State .728
4. Notre Dame .728
5. Michigan .722
6. Oklahoma .715
7. Penn State .708
8. Nebraska .702
9. Texas .688
10. USC .681

Tennessee had a very good run starting with Robert Neyland. He led them to countless unbeaten seasons, one actual championship, and a few more that Tennessee claims.
They probably threw out that statistic about "since 1926" because Neyland was hired in 1926.
Before that, Vanderbilt was actually the best team in Tennessee. Vanderbilt was the first dominate team in the south, as a matter of fact.

1. It was total number of wins.
2. Oklahoma has passed us. I'm not sure about anyone else.
