I know this is a troll, but LSU is in a hell of a lot better shape than OU and Okie Lite are. They can't all play for A&M, but if they want to make it to the big time that means a recruit has to look at other SEC west programs. LSU has a great recruiting ground almost to itself (as far as selecting which recruits they want out of LA), whereas the okrahoma schools are totally dependent on Texas talent to supplement the low numbers of quality in state recruits. Lsu misses on a guy in Texas, it was on a guy they wanted, not a guy they HAD to get because there were no other comparable alternatives.

Honestly, I don't see LSU and A&M fighting over that many recruits.

Yea we are fricked. Enjoyed the ride while it lasted. Starting a t-shirt company for A&M and Bama stuff--might as well make money since I'll have time not watching LSU anymore.

Shouldn't you Gumps be the ones that are worried. You lost in A&M's year one. It will only get worse for you from here on out.

Lacy, since he couldn't qualify academically for LSU.

well he ended up qualifying but he still didn't have an LSU offer... I mean guys now or recently. Faulkins without an LSU offer because he's about a 4.8 forty WR?

Can't wait until Bama has Saban retire, Aubie back with solid HC, and respect in-state, and Tide find a median between Bear/Saban top-dawg status on down through Stallings/Perkins/DuBose type eras with an SEC and BCS title here and there..yet no stronger than quite a few other programs.

Praying for the day that the bad many Gumptards 'God Complex' is back to firm reality..and the majority of solid citizen Tide fans good reputation is back..

In most eras when not armed with snotty punks riding a Bear/Saban's jock, the Tide have generally been mine, and few other Tigerfans/friends of mine, fav program..

Anyone that grew up in the Bear disciple Chollie Mac era of LSU Football, has a love/hate relationship with Bear/Bama, as they are both similar programs, both built on Defense most any of their greatest eras. And why most fans pre-Saban to Tide era, tailgated so well, and rooted for the other when it were one or the other in title games, bowls, etc..

So they decided to go to better schools?

They weren't offered, they both were rated slightly below other QBs LSU's staff wanted at the time..Miles/Nader/LSU snoozed and losed. LSU has been gravitating towards larger QBs and pocket passing QBs that can see over the LOS(over the fence/not thru the pickets)..

Where LSU really botched their assessments imho, is in speed of the game that RG3 and JFF excel so well, emotional intelligence, IQ, and poise....thus "it factor"..traits that both have in spades.

I agree. I was just listing the La. Players they have that we recruited. I think they have 3. Not exactly draining us of talent.....And Kenny Bell was a commit that we wanted but weren't really red hot after.
