t's become pretty clear that LSU has some advantages that Auburn and Tennessee just don't have.

You don't have to have a great coach/transcendent QB to win at LSU. They are lucky enough to be sitting on a goldmine of talent with no instate rival to pull said talent.

Auburn and Tennessee just don't look like they have good long-term prospects for very specific reasons. Auburn has to deal with us obviously, and Tennessee has a shitty recruiting base. Auburn probably is better off, as even with a shitty coach they've had some success recruiting in-state.

All in all, these games are getting fricking boring. LSU-Alabama is the game to look forward to every year at this point. Granted, things are cyclical, but LSU doesn't have to have a great coach to be good each year - Auburn and Tennessee do.

We'll be seeing them every year, and they obviously hate us.

This entire post is a backhanded shot at LSU.
