We have been telling y'all that since January 2011. And the party line has been, "but Eugene cruited him".
Fisher would be a good hire, but not a home run. What if he wants to bring D Craig? Isn't he universally hated by the Auburn posters here because o recruiting issues?

Chiz did a good job keeping that team focused on each game. I'll give him credit for that. It's a good thing most of those players didn't need to be coached up. Rocker was the best actual football coach we had that year.

This part does get lost. WOuld have been very easy to pack it in. I don't think there are many folks that could have handled it the way he did.
i do fear though it was because he was too dumb to understand what was actually happening.
