Texas is terrible. At the end of the season you guys are going to look back at that one and think WTF.

So, it's just occurred to me that if Ole Miss had played State's schedule to this point, they would probably be 7-0 and ranked in the BCS.

They already are

That one will probably keep them out of a bowl game

End of the season, hell. I already look back and think WTF. We should be 2-0 vs The State of Texas.

Woulda, should, coulda. We just didn't put it together. Overall, I'm damn happy with where we are considering the state of our program. But shite it would be nice to play those 2 games again. C'est la vie.

Oh yeah, I think that right now. If we played again Texas wouldn't get half of what they got in that game.

We're rebuilding. Those types of losses are bound to happen.

We're 4-3 right now. We only won 2 games last year. We have a shot to actually go bowling. Not a damn one of you would have predicted taht at the beginning of this year. None of us did, that's for sure.

The cumulative stats for both teams are actually pretty interesting. They don't include the emotional component, so I don't really think they are always an indication, but Ole Miss and MSU are really close on both sides of the ball. Way too close for anyone to be able to definitively say that MSU would have been able to beat Texas when you guys played them.

Obviously, playing Texas now would be a little bit different. I think you guys would beat them now.

Apology not accepted. Put some arse into it. Make me believe you mean it. Anything less than your best is an insult.
