8 million + 5-15% net profits of the fledgling Longhorn network? Do all coaches have a price? Rumors of 10Mil are rampant. Would the resulting increase in veiwership(with a big name coach) justify the payment of this kind of money? what sayeth the rant?

You're in the SEC now. Why are you talking about Texas? Quit obsessing.

Bama will match any offer.

Nobody is going over ten million.

Yes I realize they can spend more

saban's next stop is lake burton georgia--no disrespect but guessing what saban's price would be to go to texas is a waste of time.

Wasn't the rumors last year that Texas was willing to do 10 million a year for Saban?

Doubt the other coaches would get that much.

was told they are gonna make a run at Muschamp. I don't see how they get more money than with Mack though. The entire reason he's still there is he spends most of his time sucking booster cock

Muschamp ain't worth that kind of money.

Not sure Miles is either.

Or Saban.

But Muschamp seems likelier to move on than the other two.

Saban would have to be double digit millions plus terms after retirement. He won't leave though. I don't think he has many years left.

Miles, 8-10 and long contract, big buyout.

Muschamp, 5-6 plus some years in the contract.

Only offer I could see, would be Muschamp but won't happen.

Coaches want to coach in the SEC. No way they would go.

I just cant imagine why those coaches would want to go to the big12. It's inferior in every way to the SEC.

I will admit that Texas is a great job, but so is LSU, Bama, and Florida. Is the money really worth it to go to a lesser conference? You wanna trade SEC games to play teams like Baylor, Texas Tech, ISU, KU, KSU, etc?

It may be easier there but those type of games are the reason I am so glad to be in the SEC.

I bet Muschamp is much happier he got the Florida job than staying in Austin. Great place but such a shitty conference.
