It's kind of an odd headline but LSU's just a bit off the radar at this point. I mean we haven't played anybody that good yet, but LSU really hasn't played anybody. I think we're good but I don't even know how good we are to be honest, and I assume some LSU fans would think the same about their team.

Yep, that's about right, in truth....It's so hard to judge after only three games.

Right, USC?

I guess it depends on how you look at things. Just remember that Bama only scored one, and the guy who scored it isn't there anymore.

Neither is our QB.

But ain't it fun????

My favorite time of year....

Just remember that the Bama kickers that scored 21 points of our 27 are BACK. BOOM!

21 >>>>> 9

Bama kickers >>>>>> LSU kickers

I can say with certainty that it's Bama and LSU then everyone else. As of right now, from what I've seen, I'd say Bama > LSU, but that's not to say that LSU can't start to hit their stride as well.

Long story short. Tide, Tigers: just keep winning and let the chips fall where they may when we meet up.

Ya'll look great against Michigan. We looked great against UW. Those teams are "comparable" (Michigan having a little more prestige), although we had the game at home and ya'll were at a neutral site.

All that is true - the posturing is just that because we know, without a doubt, that this question will get answered in Tiger Stadium. It remains to be seen if the winner of that game will have to prove it a second time...

That was hardly the problem, that night- unless LSU's kickers were expected to attempt 85 yard FGs.

Bama is completely fricked. Wilbon is on the Bama bandwagon. If there are two idiots who know less about college sports than the PTI crew, I have no idea who they are. Wilbon's endorsement = Bama royally screwed.

Dear Alabama,

On 11/3/12, 21-0 will help you about as much as 9-6 helped LSU on 1/9/12.

So, by all means please keep tooting that horn and not learn from LSU fan's mistakes by living in the past.

"21-0, beat you in New Orleans, we're the best"
Blahh be dee bloo pee pee caca shite...

Means nothing right now. Because I can say without a single doubt in my mind that November 3rd, for all of you that say Tiger Stadium isn't as impressive as it used to be, you are going to see the return of Death Valley.

This atmosphere is going to make Florida in 2007 look like the spring game, and if you don't think that's going to make a difference, you're fooling yourselves.

ESPN can't do a damn thing about what that stadium will be like that night.

Since 1895 Alabama has won 24 games, lost 9 and tied 2....in Baton Rouge! Did you know that LSU went 20 YEARS without beating Alabama there in the 60s and 70s. Hell, there's a story about Coach Bryant calling Charlie Mac before one season started to see if Alabama could schedule some of their other games in BR, seeing how well we did down there! Y'all ain't gonna intimidate shite down there.

I don't get why LSU fans think Tiger Stadium is somehow the 12th man that is going to be the difference maker in this game....will it be loud? yeah but so what?...its no different than going into Jordan Hare or Neyland....Bama has historically owned LSU in Tiger Stadium...but LSU fans think its the "secret sauce" to their success....the game will be won on field not by a bunch of wasted LSU fans screaming in the stands

Well I do think we've played a tougher schedule so far (not exactly murderer's row though) but what I meant as much as anything is that LSU just hasn't had much exposure, or not as much as us.

We were in THE game of the opening weekend, and then the 2:30 CBS game last week. Was LSU even on TV last week? And then besides that they've been on ESPNU (I think) against a cupcake, and during the Washington game most neutrals probably switched to the Georgia-Missouri game when it came on/when it became apparent Washington wasn't going to make it a game.
