But every lost 4* recruit is an opportunity for another 2* diamond in the rough

Want to get depressed... Every top recruit could switch...

It’s impossible to predict this with any true accuracy but I’d say the commits Auburn should be most concerned with include Carl Lawson, Dee Liner, JaQuay Williams, Trey Johnson, Earnest Robinson, Jeremy Johnson, Arshad Jackson and Jahmere Irvin-Sills.

I’m not aware of any that are on the verge of decommitting at this time.

What exactly was the purpose of your post? To tell the world what we already knew?

Dee Liner hasn't backed off his commitment. Reaffirming his solidity every week.

Lawson said he's just worried about his senior season right now and hasn't visited anywhere but AU this fall.

Irvin-Sill has twice visited WVU but said just this week his happy with his commitment.

Earnest Robinson came out this week confirming he's still AU bound.

Arshad Jackson denied his decommitment rumors. Said he's still AU.

Not sure about Trey and Jeremy. I haven't followed either. I'm not worried about anything. No matter what happens with this class, Auburn will move on and be fine.

Gene Chizik was right about ONE thing... It was great before he got here and it will be great when he leaves

Few things from recruiting:

1. Hinds Community College (Mississippi) four-star wide receiver Quantavius Leslie is supposed to visit Auburn this weekend. He signed with West Virginia out of high-school in 2010, but failed to qualify. What makes this interesting is that he played with Ricky parks and Quan Bray in high-school. He is committed to LSU right now.

2. According to Justin Hokanson, Arshaad Jackson and Auburn are back in good standing. Apparently, Davin Bellamy and Demarre Kitt, who are his teammates and also committed to FSU, told him that Auburn was planning on dropping him, which simply wasn't the case.

3. Jermaine Irvin-Sills' Eastern Christian Academy teammates, and commits of West Virginia, are pressuring him to de-commit from Auburn and commit to West Virginia. Their names are Daikiel Shorts and Wendell Smallwood. As of now, Irvin-Sills is solid to Auburn.

Looking at the playoff brackets I expect a Reuben/JJ rematch in Montgomery in the quarterfinals with Jason Smith likely awaiting the winner in the semi final round.
