We beat you guys solidly in the regular season and finished the regular season ranked #2 nationally and had a much better record that you but you got a MULLIGAN.

We had nothing to lose and you took advantage.

Oh well, the SEC title meant nothing that year anyway.

No one is asking for Bama to surrender the NC.

Horrible troll.

I'll gladly vote to surrender that to y'all if Bama will agree to surrender this year's NC title to us!! What can y'all give Bama to make this trade work?

Winning an SEC title that year was what jumpstarted LSU for our post decade long run. It all began that night imo

We won the west.

This analogy is pretty weak.

There are hard and fast rules involved here.

Not subjectivity, not "eyeball tests"

I don't blame you for trying to get that one back a decade later. This argument is the closest you will get to an SEC Championship for a very long time, so you might as well try.

As for the acrual argument, there is a playoff in the SEC. Nationally? Not so much.

I hope my " number 2 nationally" reference hasn't gone unnoticed.

Spend more time helping your team to a winning record. They could use your support.
