When I think of 'Man amongst boys' I think of Roy Williams in Cotton Bowl (as a LSU fan)...but friggin Tommy Frazier was like Cam on steroids, that kid was amazing.

SI also had a cover proclaiming that "Bama's Back" before the QB who was on the cover got sacked 11 times in the Iron Bowl, and the coach got fired after the following season. I do think it's a little premature to call Bama a dynasty, but I will give that it is bordering on such, and quite frankly I'd say UAT will likely remain an elite team in the SEC (which is the same as an elite team in the country) for the foreseeable future.
Of course, I also think this is going to be the first year in a long run of success for Auburn, as well, now that we've got the depth charts stocked full of talented players. Last year we were rebuilding after losing 25 seniors and 2 very talented juniors, but this year we return 18 starters, 20 if you include the kickers...and we have only 12 seniors on the roster, meaning 2012 is more a preview of what's coming in 2013.
Quite frankly, I think the Iron Bowl in 2013 is going to be epic.

I love the "when it starts" comments in this thread. When Alabama goes on to win a handful of conference titles and 1-2 more national titles over the next five years, will it finally meet your high standards? Or will the criteria change again?
