Poor Arkysauce.....mad, mad that now both A&M( and Mizz ) will further the descent into mediocrity, Let me guess...they really think competing with A&M in the SEC for Texas HS recruits will help them get that elusive SEC West title.

It helped when you consider that we won a conference championship in the last 20 years, unlike some teams.
And it certainly helps when you look at current recruiting rankings that do a better job of showing A&M's future than its non-SEC years.

yep, Texas and TCU (and even Tech under Leach) have parlayed that into national success. Hell, Baylor even got a Heisman winner out of it.

Says something about the recruit rankings. It's a well known fact that a recruit from Arkansas will not get the same rank as one from Texas, even if he's slightly better. It's just a benefit of the doubt that a kid who plays HS ball in Texas gets.

You really think that you can continue to beat a program that you admit gets better talent regularly?
Back in the SWC days yall did recruit better than us- you raided Texas for talent. That is how you beat us, which makes sense as the more talented teams regularly win more.
I would have assumed you would have figured how football works your last 20 years in the SEC as more talent programs have pounded you, but I guess if I was a fan of a program that needs out of state talent to compete I would ignore the truth as well.
You did have a magician who somehow undid the regular equation to a degree, but he is gone. The huge gulf in recruiting rankings is the best crystal ball we have to the future.

Whats the excuse for us beating yall the past few years then? Yall had a constant higher recruiting ranking than us from what I remember therefore you should have beat us every time.
