Funny, aTm peaked in the modern era after Arkansas left the SWC. I do give you, Jackie Sherrel knew how to cheat his arse off.

this thread is awesome.

The SEC Rant honestly makes me love Arkansas. Hogville types always made me think you had the entitlement of Oklahoma fans with the winning tradition of Oklahoma State, but the Rant gives me hope. When your decade of mediocrity begins with an arse pounding in College Station this year, I want as many of you beautiful assholes at my tailgating tents as possible; drowning your tears in my food and beer.

The last 5 years in the SWC we were beating you pretty handily, and had some great success against other teams as well. It was a good time in college football.

Well I am very well traveled and have recently lived in ACC, SEC, B12, and P12 country. Based on my observations, Arkansas is considered a Johnny come lately with a short shelf life. Sorry but that is just the perception. Clemson has been relevant for a longer period with some form of sustained success.

So, you enjoy hanging out with the ignorant and misinformed. Good for you

You should at least admit, ACC and Pac 12 fans are rather football ignorant. tSEC, B1G and Longhorn Conference all have more knowledgeable college football fans.

And that success led to what, 5-7 major NCAA infractions?

Clemson
658-448-45
V
679-456-40
Arkansas

Last 5 years:
Clemson
41-26
v
42-22
Arkansas
Playing in the freaking ACC vs playing in a conference that has crowned a national champion in each of those seasons.

I like Hogville but it has been a dumpster fire quite some time.

There are fans there that believe Petrino 1) should never have been fired, or 2) believe Petrino will return after this season.

Your record was 3-2 against us in those 5 years.

I realize that might be the only five-year stretch in history that you guys have a winning record against us, but c'mon....

We've beaten you more times in the last three years than you beat us in our last five years of the SWC.

More obsessed is a better description. I find the PAC fans the best to have an intelligent football conversation with.

You're 3-2 against us in our last 5 meetings as well, are you saying that isn't a good stretch?

B1G fans are by and large pretty informed too but the SEC obsession infection has spread I'm afraid...in CFB anyway.

42-38 was a good run, particularly in the second half

Difference in the stretches we are talking about.

91-87

2011-1990

You really trying to use that argument?
