Regardless of the title of the game, we were both 1-1. Both teams were fantastic. Deal with it.
Again, congrats on shutting down Jordan Jefferson. It takes a massive amount of defensive talent to do so. We all know what an amazing QB you guys had to prepare for. It takes something special to do so.
He'll have a fantastic career in the NFL.

Deal with what? We have the crystal football. I couldn't give a crap less about the loss Alabama suffered to LSU on 11/5. Your constant desire for legitimacy is both funny and pathetic. You won the SEC, congrats, it's just too bad conference championships don't mean as much as national championships. If they did you would have a point. But you don't.

Your retard of a coach shouldn't have put the game on Jefferson's shoulders if he was that bad. Maybe if Miles wasn't too busy eating grass on the sidelines he would have seen the futility of Jefferson and would have at least given Lee a shot.

link to where I said the National Championship didn't give you the taller trophy? Thank you for proving my point that the Bama fans continue to act like the SEC Champ. doesn't mean anything when your own coach admitted thatthey wanted to win it and it was a goal they failed to accomplish

Too bad Saban and I aren't the same person. If all people thought alike it would be boring. Here's how I think about the SEC championship. Yeah, it's a great thing to win, but when you have 22 of those suckers, you kinda start thinking there is more to life then just winning the SEC. And while we didn't win the SEC this year, we did win the national championship and that means more to me then a trophy from the SEC offices in Birmingham EVER will.
So...you hang your hat on that SEC trophy. Heck...I'll even ask Saban if he can give away some of our SEC trophies. And don't worry about us, we have enough.

It's amazing how quickly they forget that fact. It's only been five years since they last hoisted the crystal ball. I guess it just didn't feel like a national championship that year to them because they had 2 losses.

Your reading comprehension skills are about as good as Simple Jack's. When did an Alabama fan say that winning the SEC was irrelevant? It's a very important award...just no where near as important as the national championship. The problem is that you are trying too hard to legitimize your win on 11/5 by attempting to put the SEC championship on the same pedestal as the BCS championship. The sad thing is, they are not the same. Do you see Patriots fans going around bragging that they were AFC Champions after losing in the Big Dance to New York? No. Because in any sport that has a national championship/world championship game there is only ONE game that matters. In the case of 2011, Alabama won the only game that matters. You beat us on 11/5 but that game turned out to be irrelevant in the grand scheme of things. That won't happen every year but it happened in 2011. Alabama came back and won the game that actually counted. Sorry. You lose.
