the Arkansas job but could not take it now due to April commitments. Who are these candidates?
He seem to say that they were top notch candidates but I have no idea?

April commitments, like yard sales and camping trips and stuff! Just wouldn't be able to make it to the flagship for the press conference and practice and stuff!
