Gotta give LSU the nod. You can make a solid case for each RB being the starter. IMO, Hilliard should be the starter. He has the best combination of power and quickness.

Kenny Hilliard/Michael Ford as 1/2

Alfred Blue as a change of pace back

Spencer Ware in the 2nd half against a tired defense.

laughing at bama fans who use a tainted, subjective popularity contest (heisman) as justification of what player is better.

also, bama fans seem to have already forgotten they lost to lsu in tuscaloosa

lsu has the better rb situation. any bama fan who saw terrance mcgee run against ole miss last season knows this. mcgee is incredible and can't even crack the top 4 at lsu. based on talent and experience, he would be in the running for #2 at bama.

LSU
Spencer Ware
Michael Ford
Kenny Hilliard
Alfred Blue

Bama
Eddie Lacy
TJ Yeldon
Dee Hart
Jalston Fowler
LSU.

And it isn't close.

Terrible example.

Ole Miss was trash. Their RB's ran all over them as well. Literally everybody but Arkansas did.

not everybody did what mcgee did against them. i still think it's a great example of how deep lsu is.

I mean it's not like Alabama's or LSU's backs will even do shite against each other's defense...Both the #1 and #2 defenses in the nation returning proven players...so who gives a shite who's RB core is better?

That said...LSU has the better RB's

I don't know. However there are some very salty backs all up and down the SEC members.
I do know that if I were an SEC RB I'd rather be concidered the worst in the entire league than be stuck in any other conference, bar none.

Damn you Jessi. You family killer.

Now if only Lacy could make something of himself and not be a failure in the NFL like Mark Ingram and Trent Richardson.

Oh wait......

Green Bay Packers RB Eddie Lacy appears to be a little heavy during training camp, and RB Johnathan Franklin appears to have a chance to win the starting running back job.

Fantasy Tip: There is still a long way to go in the competition for the starting running back, but Franklin may have the early lead. Owners may have to think twice about taking Lacy as a No. 3 fantasy running back and may have to start looking at Franklin as a possibility.
