How do you think the SEC shakes out next year?

1. Kentucky (Tournament)
2. UF (Tournament)
3. Tennessee (Tournament)
4. Alabama (Tournament)
5. Missouri (Tournament)
6. Vanderbilt (NIT)
7. Arkansas (NIT)
8. Ole Miss (NIT)
9. Georgia
10. Aggies
11. LSU
12. State
13. Auburn
14. South Carolina

Can't speak specifics for other teams, but I think next season is huge for Cuonzo, he'll have Stokes and Maymon in the post, with enough supplemental talent to challenge anyone in the country. There's a good bit of in-state talent next year, heavily considering Tennessee. (King and Nichols) and a good showing coupled with landing those guys could really propel his program back to Pearl's level.

With Powell and BJ Young returning, I have a hard time believing we won't make the tourny.

On a side note twitter is saying Florida's Beal is entering NBA draft. Was this expected? or old news?

I was going to argue that Auburn could be as good as 10th in the league next year and then thought how pathetic that would be...

Jezebus our basketball program is sad.

State will finish 14th and will be hard pressed to win 4 SEC games.

Nope. We got size and depth now, only thing that kept us from the NCAA Tourney last season.

Dee Wagner, 5-10 - FR
BJ Young, 6-4 - SO
Ky Madden, 6-6 - SO
Mardracus Wade, 6-2 - JR
Rickey Scott, 6-3 - JR
Anthlon Bell, 6-4 - FR
Michael Qualls, 6-5 - FR
Fred Gulley, 6-2 - JR(2nd Semester)
Marshawn Powell, 6-8 - JR
MeKale McKay, 6-6 - FR(Walk-on, football player)
Alandise Harris, 6-7 - JR(Only if he gets waiver)
Devonta Abron, 6-8 - SO
JaCorey Williams, 6-9 - FR
Hunter Mickelson, 6-11 - SO

And you can add DJ Bennett(6-9) or Bradley Hayes(6-11 to that roster)

Up to a 14 man rotation, compare that to a 8 man rotation(2 of those walk-ons) last season and we were on pace to make the tourney and then wore down. Won't happen in 2012-2013.

We'll be higher than 8th, this is the first time of AK's tenure that I'm predicting an NCAA trip. We return everyone sans Henry, who was pretty good in the clutch but his production can be replaced by Summers, who was steadily improving at the end of the year.

If we fail to make it we'll be better than Arky and Vandy.

We're too low. We'll be young but we'll have a two-deep of SEC level talent for the first time since Harrick...and that's with or without Parker. Get Parker and I say we're a 7-9 seed, no Parker and we're an NIT/Bubble team.
