Look, I'll admit I don't like Kentucky, but trying to be as objective as possible doesn't this one and done thing really go against the spirit of what college sports is supposed to be about? A player who knows he's only going to play one year isn't really a student-athlete at heart, is he? Multiply that by 5 players and you have what appears to be a sham.

five more studs that are one and done but in the meantime have the ability to win the sec and make a deep run in the tournament?

This is true, but they make the grades and do what theyre supposed to while in school. Cal said he doesnt like the rule himself, but if he can get the best recruits, why wouldnt he want to?

The NBA is what caused this. So blame them. Every single coach in college basketball would absolutely love to be able to get the one and done guys. They're lying if they say they wouldn't.

If the NFL had the same rules as the NBA regarding draft eligibility, LSU football's starters would be almost nothing but one and done or two and done.
