I'd rather play for it all and lose than play in the Sugar Bowl.

1 - is worse. You get in and proven why you should not be there, again.

2 - you can always say you should've been there and could've won.

3. Not get in and then see LSU lay a big egg against OSU. It would suck to see LSU get hammered and hurt our SOS.

Yeah I read it. But why is it funny to want the chance to play for it all rather than go to the Sugar Bowl? Even though you lose.

potential to win a BCS bowl >>> guaranteed loss in the BCS title game

simple as that. sorry you're too dense or prideful to admit that this is true.

None of the above

3. Get in and Win

I would rather do number 3 and I do not care if I answer your question or not!

That's your opinion. That's not others. No absolute truth about it.

Honest answer is 2.

It's better to get the chance. I really believe that this is one of the two best teams in the country, and I'd like to see them rewarded for that.

If they lose, they lose, and it proves that LSU is the better team.

If they don't play at all, then they have lost that opportunity to a lesser team, and the stigma of unfulfilled potential is worse.

Either way, life goes on. If we don't get the rematch, it's more painful, but it's still a helluva season.

I don't see how anybody could say 'not get in.' Playing for a cgampionship is always better than not
