Try to time it so you will arrive in Fayetteville during the day so you can enjoy the scenery the last 45 minutes of the trip. Also, when you see the sign for the town Greenland you'll peak on a hill and you can see Fayetteville off to your NE and you can see Old Main off in the distance.
That's Old Main. Once you see that off in the distance after Greenland you have arrived in Razorback country. I suggest taking the first exit for Fayetteville so you can get on Razorback road to see Baum Stadium and the outer part of the campus and the stadium.
Have a safe trip

I will personally be greeting AU fans at the state line telling them to go away.

No, once you see the "Welcome to Arkansas: Home of Bill Clinton" sign you have arrived.
Leave the tiger tail van at home or park it very far away...

And you would be showing such in-hospitality WHY ?
The visiting fans are generally the most "genteel" and come with $ to spend in your local community....do you not understand this ????

one of the best sights my eyes have seen is Fayetteville during the fall when you come over that last hill just past Greenland.
Although nowadays when I come from Dallas is always frickin dark by Friday evening.

I'm packing up the family and heading out at 5 am Saturday morning. Disney, here we come.
I plan on stopping in Oxford, AL and watching the game somewhere around there.

Make sure you hit up Foghorns for some wings if you get there early enough.

Dale has a point. Razorback Country does start in the middle of the Mississippi from their direction.

I said I would be on the state line, meaning I'll be turning away the fans in cars, a.k.a. poor people. The good ones will fly in.

Yes, they paid him in free wings.
Almost forced bankruptcy.

Please do this. The Range Rover is begging to go off road at 80 mph.

So you're suggesting they stay close to the wives/girlfriends?

Depends on what they look like.
Wait, who am I kidding, Bill has always been more about quantity than quality.

If you went off the road at 80mph at the state line you will go right into the Mississippi River.
