So, when they stick to the "No Comment" line they are hiding stuff and trying keep anyone from finding out what's going on. When they make a comment, they would have been better off sticking to no comment.

Two things:

1. Sticking to "no comment" is always smart when you have a reasonable expectation that what you say will be used against you.

2. Revealing that Enforcement is looking into institutional control procedure may have jeopardized the integrity of the investigation.

Not that it's a big secret the NCAA is investigating, but until this point no one knew for sure what NCAA by-laws were in play. We guessed that Article 13 (recruiting) was in there. Jacobs confirmed that. But he also put Article 6 (Institutional Control) out there. No one saw that coming, so it's a big deal.

How????
HOOVER, Alabama -- The NCAA has been reviewing areas throughout Auburn's athletics department to ensure there is institutional control, a normal procedure during investigations, Auburn Athletics Director Jay Jacobs said Thursday.

You are connecting a lot of dots ATPB-Megathread-Blogger... This article shows someone who is very confident in the final result... You can try to spin it, but like every other article you have written, every premise that you Tuna, Hound, Tubs, etc. tried, it was all ONE BIG FAIL>.....
