I posted about four or five times in ATPB, so I'm hardly an ATPB'er.

You do know there is this little thing called post history, right?

Interesting point, but let me raise a counterpoint

Are you worth the time?
Is your question worth anything?
Are ATPB's theories batting a straight .000 so far?

As we ponder such things, I shall go make a sandwich and laugh at your existence.

And will participants in this thread be known as WWNCAAIAULOIC'ers in the future?

Four, five, a few dozen of those or a half dozen of the other. Point is, I wasn't an ATPB regular.

Instead of rambling on about LOIC, JJ should have kept his mouth shut and stuck with the "no comment" line.

One annoying little fact: The NCAA enforcement staff does not review institutional control processes unless there is evidence of major infractions which, in their totality, would rise to the standard of lack of institutional control.

Where do you get that FACT from? You still connecting dots... Bottom line, you are taking a sentence out of context... Auburn has reported some secondary violations.. that is all.. Your anonymous blog means nothing...

The NTY is not an ANONYMOUS blog and therefore has more credibility...

Your basis for being on this website has been the ATPB. you are an ATPB'er :DWI: My thought is you have moved on to bigger and better things, like tardFANS.

it is an anonymous blog site until the writers actually include their name to the published articles imo.

So, when they stick to the "No Comment" line they are hiding stuff and trying keep anyone from finding out what's going on. When they make a comment, they would have been better off sticking to no comment.

Is there any answer they could give that would satisfy you? You guys won't believe anything unless someone comes out and says they are guilty. Even if the NCAA says the case is closed and they found no proof that Auburn did anything wrong you will just think it was another payoff.

Did you even read what JJ said..

Jacobs said Auburn has not complied with open-records requests from The Birmingham News out of respect for the NCAA's process. Over several months, The News has requested documents related to Newton's recruitment and all of Auburn's recent NCAA secondary violations.

"Generally, when the NCAA says it isn't over with, we don't release them," Jacobs said. "They'll even look at things we may or may not have gotten a reply from the NCAA yet just to see if there's any history there, anything that jumps out to them because they've looked into things. I would think in the near future we'll be able to share everything you need. But we're not going to do that until they tell us it's OK to do that."
-----------------
You want to keep playing the game.. lets take the very FIRST post in context...the one about LOIC (you mis-represented in your article), then connected dots... keep it in context..
--------------------

"They're making sure we have institutional control, and there's been nothing to indicate to me or to them otherwise. (HINT: the them is the NCAA)... He is very confident or he would not have even brought it up.. In other words, we are nearing the end (also mentioned in his quotes)

Two things:

1. Sticking to "no comment" is always smart when you have a reasonable expectation that what you say will be used against you.

2. Revealing that Enforcement is looking into institutional control procedure may have jeopardized the integrity of the investigation.

Not that it's a big secret the NCAA is investigating, but until this point no one knew for sure what NCAA by-laws were in play. We guessed that Article 13 (recruiting) was in there. Jacobs confirmed that. But he also put Article 6 (Institutional Control) out there. No one saw that coming, so it's a big deal.

How????
HOOVER, Alabama -- The NCAA has been reviewing areas throughout Auburn's athletics department to ensure there is institutional control, a normal procedure during investigations, Auburn Athletics Director Jay Jacobs said Thursday.

You are connecting a lot of dots ATPB-Megathread-Blogger... This article shows someone who is very confident in the final result... You can try to spin it, but like every other article you have written, every premise that you Tuna, Hound, Tubs, etc. tried, it was all ONE BIG FAIL>.....

Maybe I misunderstood your post. It sounded like you (maybe others, too) believe that Auburn has reported secondaries and that was all anyone expected to come of this. I can't find any cases where a school was given sanctions for LOIC (considered a major infraction) for a series of secondary violations.

And if you aren't going to get LOIC for secondary violations, then the only reason why LOIC is being looked at is that there are major infractions involved.

So, we should all believe you and ignore JJ because his only agenda is to cover up and make us Auburn fans feel safe and secure till the hammer falls.

Is that correct?
