I think UT wins 7-9 this year, and they could quite possibly have the highest amount of returning starters next year, which could be a setup for a top 10 start next year.

You may be right, but I don't think 7 wins would get them that kind of ranking. I'd say it would take at least 8-4 with a bowl win.
