No the part where you were insinuating that the players received money, in duping the old textbook system.

Riiiight, because I posted that.

Never denied that hunter. But you are the one with someone saying bama has only had two major violations

How do you consider it a "major violation" when nothing but a public reprimand came from it?

He's probably already answered this, but most likely because the NCAA considers it and names it a major violation.

You can't discount a major violation just because YOU think its no big deal.

This thread needs about three or four more pages to become acronym-worthy.

I'm still trying to figure out which formula you used to get to 10...

You are counting individual cases.

He is counting the number of MAJOR violations of which the cases are made up.

I searched for and listed the two incidents where we had major sanctions. ...and still stand by that.

I applaud the athletes at Bama for scamming the textbooks the way they did. People that had to/have to pay for books in college know exactly how much bullshite that industry is.

Yes, yes... we know.

The gump players never made a DIME off of this extra benefit.

They were just the sainted "Johnny Appleseeds" of textbooks, skipping across campus and sprinkling the free textbooks wherever they were most needed!

Should read the report. Out of the 201, only 11 or so knew it was wrong. And the vacated wins for some athletes in individual sports for violations as small as .37 cents.

Considering you didn't even list the 2009 violation. That let's me know your research skills right there.

Don't worry you will learn the interwebz one day.

Majority of the averaged at $100 per and the remaining 21 averaged at $1000 per. But the worst offenders were the football players.
