She also said that AU should not have allowed Cecil to even be in AZ, that is where the "institutional control" comes in play This woman is a national reporter ? 
I must have missed it, but is Cecil a felon and the NCAA his parole officer ?

the point AU fans bring up about how they could control the situation is the same thing I've always wondered about how any "institution" can control the actions of any of their boosters if the boosters don't agree to be controlled?
