His numbers for one. Seventeen TDs and eleven INTs IIRC. He's played in eleven games and only has 2200 yards? Yeah the Huskies don't have game-breakers at other positions, but still.
Most of the scouting reports that I've read [and that I agree with] is that Locker's arm strength isn't that great for deep balls [though there have been some conflicting reports, so go figure]. He's decent with short and intermediate routes, but his accuracy is not that good.
I wouldn't really trust his ability to make reads either, though he might develop that.
His biggest positive is using his athleticism to avoid the rush and making plays with his feet when things break down.

he didn't play in ever game this year and was hurt the majority of the year. He had no business playing but wanted to be there for his team.

never heard that. Link? I'm curious what the source is?

Raiders dont have a first round pick.
Raiders actually made GREAT selections last year, McClain, Veldheer.
My money right now is truly on the Dolphins. They don't really do any "downfield" passing. The only thing Cam really hasn't proven to be able to do at the collegiate level.
The Dolphins have RB and QB concerns, they can't run it or throw it. Cam will be able to help both.
Plus they took a shot I think with a 2nd round pick on the QB from WV. Wow I can't believe his name escapes me at the moment. But the 2nd round pick spent proves that they kinda maybe want a QB to be able to run their Wildcat, even though you haven't seen much of it this year from them.

His accuracy is 56.6%. That's not that great. His QB rating is 127.42. Again, mediocre.
He played in eleven games this year and had 316 attempts. He threw for more than twenty attempts in the games that he played. Only game he sat out was Oregon. Andrew Luck had 349 and Mallett had 364. Darron Thomas had four more attempts than Locker and threw for more yards.
As far as scouting reports:

There are some other ones but I can't find them right now.

I wouldn't mind seeing him sign a one-year deal with Alabama next year. I think we can top $200,000k.

With the 14th pick of the first round. The Oakland Raiders select QB, Free Agent, Jamarcus Russell.

They have Cam going to the 49ers. I could see that as well. Fairley headed to Buffalo. Cam has proven to alot of people that he can throw the ball. He throws perfect spirals and has great touch. I believe he enjoys throwing first, but is a freak of nature and can run if he needs to. He doesn't have the slow wind-up like Campbell and Tebow and doesn't drop the ball below his ear.

he has no good players around him. His players drop passes all the time.

in any event he was heavily injured and shouldn't have played it really affected his performance.
for future reference there are much better draft websites.

They have Ronnie Brown and Ricky Williams.
Williams is gaining 4 yards a carry.
I agree they could use some youth at RB but they have much, much bigger problems.

bad thing is the raiders are going well enough that they would have to trade up in the draft to get him, if he is in fact a top 10 pick... i don't think he is, but hell, who knows with Kiper

Like what ? They have a top 5 defense, an all world LT. A top WR. They get zero QB play and have absolutely no running game to speak of. Ricky is 33 years old and Ronnie Brown is terrible.
They absolutely need offensive firepower. And as everyone found out by that awesome performance Henne put up Sunday, completing 5 passes, it wouldn't hurt them to find a QB.
Cam can run their wildcat, Dolphins are not a downfield passing team like I said earlier. And that's the one thing Cam hasn't proven he can do in the college game. Match made in heaven.

or a Titan. I think it would be funny as hell if Fischer got fired, then somehow just went over to Vandy and started beating everyone up in the East

The Raiders will trade up and take J Lee from LSU even though Lee wont be coming out early. Al is willing to wait a year on him as he sees "something" in him that Les never did.

unlikely to be available when the Raiders draft.
Raiders are not at the bottom this year.

Raiders don't even have a first round pick.
It's scary to think about but ole Bill is about two first round picks to his already 11-2 football team.
