he's gonna be an attractive option to Al Davis. We all know he loves having those physical, athletic specimens in silver and black.

Doubt he goes there for QB. Oakland is doing better with Campbell. But with the recent picks by the raiders anything could happen. Hell I wouldn't even rule out JJ if the Raiders are picking

The first 4 or so choices they make need to be offensive and defensive linemen. It is not the "popular" pick but it is the one they need. Campbell can win games right now and do well until they get the rest of the team built then get a top QB if you want. This is/was the skin's problem, no QB can get the job done if you don't protect him.

I'm really curious to see Cam's draft stock. He wasn't even really on the board at the beginning of the year, but he's definitely skyrocketed up. I'm wondering how early/late he will go.

People have at least a year's worth of film and info on Mallett, Locker, Luck, and Ponder, but Cam's rise makes it interesting where he will be projected and picked in the NFL draft.

Since Oakland doesn't have a 1st round choice this year, Cam will be long gone by the time they pick.

Passing wise I don't think Cam is far behind Jake Locker. I think the biggest knock against Cam going into the NFL will be his coverage reading skills because he hasn't really had to read much coverage. Not saying he can't. But that is what will be one of the question marks about him when projecting him in the draft.

I think anywhere from the 6-15 range in the first round

Was interesting listening to McShay talk about him. He didn't think he should be a first round pick due to not enough college experience and said he liked him athletically as a TE (which I think is absurd, BTW). Also said he would only contribute as a glorified FB, ala Tebow his first 2 years while he developed.

Meanwhile, Kiper had him top 15, maybe top 10.

Huge range of opinions.

Meh he was just burned by Jamu. As senile as that old bastard is, it still has to be fresh in his mind.

Surely he's not gonna draft another flop.

Locker isn't that great. I just don't see the hype around him. He gets hyped up for his athleticism, but Scam is a frickton more athletic and has a great touch on his throws.

I'd rather have Scam than Locker.
