"Facts are useless to them. If you had said 2+2=9, that would have been more believable."

Fair enough. How is this for "facts"? The city of Tuscaloosa's growth rate of 18.5% from 2000 to 2009 was very similar to Auburn's. Does that make Tuscaloosa a great retirement spot? According to your criteria, it does.

Ttown population:

2009 = 93,138
2000 = 78,546

Oh, ok. A million dollar house is going to have the same clientele as a ten million dollar house. My bad.

Maybe it is.

You asked if there was any evidence that people were actually retiring to Auburn, besides an article naming it a top retirement spot. I offered the population increase merely as evidence that more people were moving there than in the state in general.

Why does it trouble you so much that someone might portray the town wherein your rival school is located in a positive light?

I heard Saban is selling his house to raise money to help buy Bryant-Denny Stadium -- which is currently OWNED by Auburn.

Maybe he'll donate the money to helping you make better flames.

You know, this would be a fair question to ask a whole lot of Auburn fans as well...

WTF does that mean?

If you had a clue, you'd know that was one of the criteria for the U.S. News retirement location rankings. I'm guessing you don't own a home or pay taxes though, and have no clue what you're arguing about.
