Like I posted in the germans thread...Cecil Newton has put $180,000 in Earnest Money on it. Closing date is February 1st.

y'all disappoint. A thread now two pages long involving Saban and the possibility of a home being sold, Alabama and LSU fans in their predictable catfight and not once has the word butthurt been used.

Wrong again. High end homes have / are being hit a lot harder than anything under $200,000. They are not selling at all. Hell, Tubs old house in Auburn is still for sale and hasn't been shown in 9 months.

Tubs old house in Auburn is probably not in the same stratosphere as a nice Lake Burton property...as far as the pool of potential interest goes.
