eh...I did it before. My LSU buddy just bought me a new one. Same with him, he burned the old one I bought him and I got him a new one. It's kind of our way of telling the other person the hats falling apart and to buy me a new one.
fwiw, he wore an LSU shirt and OM hat to the game last year. made some fireassed food too
