16 Team SEC

With all the talk about the Big 10 and Pac 10 going to 12 teams, I was wondering if it would be a good idea for the SEC to trump them by going straight to a 16 team Super League.
8 teams in the East Division and 8 teams in the West Division. Each team plays 7 division games and 2 cross division games each season, plus the SECCG. Then they would have 3 OOC games to schedule how they like.
Would it make more sense to add strong, weak or a combination of both type of teams? I personally would like to add good teams with solid programs.
To cover the largest section of the country for the highest payoff in TV revenue, my Divisions would look like this. This would pick up viewers in the entire state of Texas, Missouri, North Carolina and Southern Florida. It would be a huge TV contract...
West.....................East
LSU.....................Florida
Arkansas................Georgia
Ole Miss................Tennessee
Miss State..............S. Carolina
Kentucky................Alabama
Missouri................Auburn
Texas...................Miami
Texas A&M...............N. Carolina
The problem with this layout is that the East would be loaded with Power Houses and it would be LSU and Texas in the West ( Ole Miss).
So perhaps something like this would be more equitable, but not as big in the TV dollars:
West.....................East
LSU.....................Florida
Arkansas................Georgia
Ole Miss................Tennessee
Miss State..............S. Carolina
Alabama.................Kentucky
Auburn..................Clemson
Texas...................Miami
Texas A&M...............N. Carolina
Either way, Vandy has to go...

They were a founding member of the SEC and contribute nicely in several sports.

Vandy is fine.
And until conferences such as the P10 and B11 nut up and play a CG, there is no point in making our conference harder than it has to be. Fine the way we are.

I like Clempson over Mizzou but would rather have OU. Keep Vandy. Trade NC for FSU.

Vandy stays put because the SEC needs academics

3 OOC games to schedule how they like

Nebraska..................Clemson
Texas...................Florida State

what I did was drop Miss St. from the West to counteract the East losing a team, and added Nebraska to offset the Clemson addition. Was going to add Oklahoma but I think that would tip the scales too much.
I also changed Miami to Florida State because I think they just "sound" more like an SEC team and they have a bigger rivalry with Florida.

I'd like to keep the SEC "southern". So...no Texas.
I would add Georgia Tech, Clemson, UNC, and FSU.
WEST:
LSU
Alabama
Auburn
Ole Miss
Miss St.
Arkansas
Tennessee
Vanderbilt
EAST:
Florida
Georgia
South Carolina
Kentucky
Clemson
FSU
UNC
Georgia Tech
