Phil Knight (Founder of Nike)
Tom Trebelhorn (managed the Brewers)
...and that's it. My school was about 100 years old too Until last year, they hadn't won a Portland city title since the Eisenhower administration in football

Chris Quinn from the Miami Heat (they're not related, it's weird )
Chinedum Ndukwe

My high school hasn't produced many, if any real athletes. The only one I can think of off the top of my head that made it to the big leagues in any sport was Earthwind Moreland, he played in the NFL and was on the Pats last SB winning team.
Probably the most famous grad from my high school ever would be Truett Cathy, founder of Chik-Fil-A.
