1. Alabama 1992 best defense in the last 50 years
2. Florida 1996 elite offense
3. Florida 1995
4. Alabama 1994 1 point from 13-0
5. Tennessee 1998 playing FSU with their 3rd string and barely winning drops them IMO.

He didn’t specify, so you can chime in.

1993-94 Arkansas vs. 1995-96 Kentucky would be a fun watch.

Tennessee 1998 playing FSU with their 3rd string

While I can sort of see a reason for having a thread about the best teams SINCE 1990, I'm not sure why we'd want to start a thread about the best teams IN a decade that ended almost 25 years ago.

1993 Auburn was pretty solid, don’t think they beat ‘92 Bama or 95-96 Florida, think they beat ‘94 Bama and would fight ‘98 UT for 4th place.

He was 2nd string behind a hurt Weinke, but had a few starts under his belt leading into the NC game.
One being a win over the Gators.

Nah. 1979 Alabama takes that prize. They only allowed 67 points scored on them that season.

I don’t know if they were the best defense. But they were the best i have seen at completely taking over a game.

The true 2nd stringer got hurt before the season. Funny Ole Miss fan knows your history better than you do.

Since you must know little about the history of Tennessee like most Tennessee fans.

Read slowly
1. Weinke was 1st string injured late in the season
2. Dan Kendra 2nd string hurt in spring practice out for the year
3 Outzen

Proof from an article. 1998 was a fluke title by Tennessee.

Outzen helped the Seminoles during one of their most challenging times in the 1998 season.

FSU was shorthanded at quarterback following season-ending injuries to Dan Kendra (spring game) and Weinke (Nov. 7 against Virginia). He led the Seminoles to win at Wake Forest and at home against Florida to help the Seminoles advance to the BCS title game against the Vols

Who was listed as the 2nd string QB on FSU's depth chart for the first game of that season?

Why even give this miserable little retard the time of day?

Her entire shtick is trying to rile people up on the internet. Imagine hating yourself so much IRL that this is what gets you off. Her post history is an entire psychology lesson on broken humans

FSU injuries 2 qbs gave Tennessee an undeserved title.

If Outzen was the 2nd string why did Kendra play ahead of him in the spring game?
