As usual, FSU would be in the red without over $20 mil in public funding.

Not surprising, as Texas has won like 40 straight Conference Mens Swimming Titles, and almost as many Women's Swimming titles

If your school is going to spend money to field a sport, might as well be good at it

Wow! That’s impressive! Congrats on turning the greatest financial competitive advantage in collegiate athletics into a shite ton of men’s and women’s swimming championships!

Pretty crazy that Mississippi has the smallest popluation, is split into 2 SEC schools, and still both rank in the top 40. If they had one flagship university like other similar states (louisiana and arkansas), they could potentially be #2 on this list.

Will you please show your math? Thank you.

That's approx $244M, putting Texas 3rd at $239M. Not saying it's realistic, but the math checks out.

Now that Saban was replaced by a west coast pussy, I wonder if Bama drops out of the top 10

You skipped the question about the baseball team.
So... one team? A team that's having a historically bad year and likely to fire their coach no less?

It's kinda sad, yet hilariously on brand that an aggie will discount the rest of the athletic program dominating because they're focused on the only sport they're actually better than Texas at for once

Texas football team has gone 5-7 four times since 2009
Aggies trying to dig up results from 14 years ago to take a shot at Texas while the longhorns just finished achieved more this season than any living aggie will ever witness a&m accomplish is pure comedy

Texas a&m is 0-1 against App State and has more 5-7 seasons in the past 2 years than the longhorns. Or is a result from 2010 more relevant?

Wait, you got your butt kicked in an NY 6 game, last time I checked your big brother Aggie won one of those just a couple years ago

Congrats on getting your arse kicked I guess?

The Directors Cup defense is puzzling. Do you think this board doesn’t know that women’s rowing is treated equally with football and basketball and baseball in that fake ranking? Do you think we don’t know that Stanford and uta always wins it largely because y’all field more championship teams In inconsequential sports - literally sports in which most colleges don’t even bother to field a team?

It’s classic sip. Pathetic.
You... you do know that competition also counts football, men's basketball, women's basketball, volleyball, softball, men's tennis, women's tennis, women's S&D, men's S&D, men's T&F and women's T&F amongst others right?

You also know that the school you wish a&m was placed higher than a&m in every single one of those sports, right?

It's classic aggie. Hopelessly jealous of The University of Texas

Texas won the conference title in football this year. A&M hasn't done that in any of the undergraduate students' lifetimes
