Saban should have asked Kirby how to beat Michigan in the CFP. Perhaps he would still be coaching instead of abruptly quitting on his team since he could no longer win a national championship.

When did they last lose to someone besides Bama? A few years?

Maybe Kirby should have asked Harbaugh how to beat Alabama and you wouldn't have been sitting at home watching the game on the TV.

Georgia seems to be humming on all cylinders now. I think Smart bungled qb play early in his tenure but has fixed it. Texas may pose a challenge and not sure what Alabama is going to look like but the potential is there.

Now that Saban has retired, Kirby is going to have to find someone else to copy.

It's too bad that Saban couldn't retire like Tom Osborne did-by actually winning a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP!

It tells you that Bama wasn’t that good. And without the refs help and a couple of miracle plays they would have lost even more to AU and UGA too

Melt, bitch. BAMA owns UGA.

On the other hand, nobody calls Tom Osborne the GOAT.

So I'm gonna have to assume such a stat isn't that important.

Interesting.

I wonder if that could be the reason they are nut swinging Michigan.

Ohio State is in absolute prime position to take over the sport.

They were driving to beat last years National Champions in their house and returned everyone and added players like Caleb Downs.

I don't see how the NC game next year isn't Georgia vs Ohio State.

Getting a month to heal and game plan probably was part of their success. Would have been nice for Kirby and company to be able to do the same thing.

Yeah, it's definitely mental at this point. Georgia had no business losing to that Alabama team last season. They weren't even that good. It was embarrassing.

Yeah, completely unfair that Alabama got multiple bye weeks before the SECCG.

Ohio State is pretty much at the top of the food chain, the imminent question is can they win big games against elite teams, which they haven’t done in a decade.

He was too busy winning twice as many in a shorter time frame to care.

Yall prefer the byes before the playoffs, which, as you noted previously, is not a mulligan.

Alabama played Auburn the week before they played Georgia in the SECCG. Georgia had just as much rest as Alabama.

If you are still crying about 2017, as I already pointed out, Georgia was lucky they got to play Auburn in the SECCG that year, you wouldn't have made it to the playoffs at all otherwise. You were ranked 6th going into that game, ranked below both Alabama and Auburn.

Not to mention the only reason Auburn didn't blow you out again in the SECCG is because they had to play Alabama the week before the SECCG and the RB who ran all over you the first time was injured against Alabama.

Georgia gets easy win vs GT every year before the SECCG. West teams actually had to play difficult games.

But leave it to Georgia fans to cry about something that was to their benefit, in a situation where the only reason they were giving the opportunity was because of being in an easier division as any other metric had you 3rd in the SEC.

Losing out on UGA's one and only chance for three in a row to Bama still sings.

Yes, Alabama has not won three in a row, but at least Bama has had 4 chances to do it (which means Alabama has won 8 NC )
