Consistency is key from the top at Athletic Director all the way down. If you are constantly having turnover due to outside influences having too much power is going to cause issues.

You had Hugh Freeze and Tubberville and couldn't keep them. The Lane Train retiring in Oxford doesn't seem like a healthy bet.

You are aware we didn’t “lose” Freeze right? And Tubberville left because we were still hammered with sanctions…. Almost 30 years ago. So your only “evidence” that we can’t hold a coach from being poached is one example from our history almost 3 decades ago.

Find better evidence to support your argument instead of sounding like a moron.

Where did I say this?

Also, people like you have said “he’s desperate to get out of Oxford” for over 4 years now. And yet, he is still here. But I’m sure nobody wants him even though he has won 30 games the last 3 years with 2 NY6 bowl appearances, right?

Freeze was fired with cause.
Tubbs is perfect for politics cause he lies like a sociopath.
