Wow. Ags jumped all over Az St. You cannot give up walks to this team. Power hitters across the entire line-up from top to bottom.
This team keeps amazing me and we rarely miss any games through the last 4 years.
Keeping our fingers crossed. If we put the beatdown on Texas on Tuesday, making a run for the SEC title is very, very realistic. What a gauntlet of incredible teams in the SEC. Man, I am so happy baseball is here!!

This is the most complete A&M team I have ever witnessed. Keep in mind, I was a student in '89 when we had the season that Tennessee experienced last year.
It is baseball, we will hit the skids at some point in the season. Every team does. It is how the team grows through the season and how they deal with adversity that will tell us exactly how good they are. The game against Texas has no more impact on the season than any midweek game. It is just a midweek game for both teams.

I need to see us 1/3 through the SEC before making a projection.

Indiana handed DBU their first loss of the year yesterday. I think DBU hands Alabama their first loss of the year today to win the Frisco Classic. I hope not, but I imagine the crowd will be strongly pro-DBU as it is in their backyard. Also, I am not confident Alabama has the pitching to win.
