We do suck currently, for sure. And every college baseball coach would still choose us over TAMU. Because we're a titan of the sport and TAMU hasn't done shite, ever.

You won't be a titan of the sport in the SEC.
LSU, Florida, Vanderbilt are all ahead of you in terms of pedigree.
From a facilities standpoint, even more schools are ahead of Texas in baseball.
You're in a tier with Ole Miss, Mississippi State, Arkansas, Tennessee and even A&M - teams that will make it Omaha every now and then, but won't really ever be expected to win it. And the only reason you're even with Ole Miss and MSU is because they have really shat the bed since their titles.
