The NCAA president himself said last year that there were no rules when it came to NIL and a judge told the NCAA to keep its nose out of student athletes' NIL deals because it was none of their business.

I am for the orange team in this case.
Anything that weakens the NCAA will:
1. Hurt the schools that the NCAA repeatedly protects no matter what crimes they commit.
2. Helps the schools that the NCAA chooses to unfairly punish.

yep, this is the main reason I'm against the NCAA in this. If they were always fair and above board, I would be hesitant to support this lawsuit.
