Butler county Ohio and beyond have grown pretty significantly too.

Cincinnati is still the engine driving the growth even if city council is lead by a bunch of wackadoos.


State government of Ohio remains very business friendly


most (sane) folks don't want to even go into downtown Cincy, even for a ballgame. I'll give you that Butler and Warren are growing, however, they are a long way out from the City and I can't imagine too many people wanting that commute. With the airport, and all the logistics tied to it, and a GOP legislature since 2016 that is cutting taxes to a rate lower than all midwestern states, NKy has much better prospects going forward
