I like Dear’s size. RB is plug and play so I think they will be fine.

Kinda recruiting related. Has Auburn announced the move to NIKE today? Currently have limited access here.

There was a post on ON3 earlier saying "Auburn twitter" was hinting at something. I never looked into it any further than that. JHead did pop in that thread and said he wouldn't expect anything for a few more months at least.

Either you think he’s worth a scholarship or not.

I don’t usually say either way because I just go off star rankings and don’t waste my time watching highlights or anything.

But saying things like “he’s not worth the chase”, either means you don’t want to take a strong stance on him not being scholarship worthy or your overly emotional about recruiting so you label guys as too much drama when they don’t do what the insiders say he’s going to do.

I just get tired of kids being labeled dramatic because they don’t make up their mind immediately and actually go through a legitimate recruiting process like they should.

If I had a son going through it that was dead set on Auburn, I’d tell him to go on visits and take his time committing. Not to extort money or anything but to make an informed decision.

And not everyone plays the game. Plenty of people take trips and take their time to make up their minds. Others milk it for everything they can.

Alvin was really big on Cadillac from what I'm told. I'm much more focused on other positions of need though. If he wants to play for us cool, if not there are tons of 4* guys that we can zero in on.

I think they will take two just looking at the room. Sounds like Dear may be number one on the board, and I too like a bigger back.

Henderson will come around, he just wants to take some visits, nothing wrong there. I think the frustration is that recruiters have been talking about him for so long.

I do hope we learn to pick up blitzes before waltzing out into the flat and letting the QB get crushed by the guy you passed on the way out of the backfield, it was embarrassing at times last fall.
