Based on what though? Dude has zero track record to base anything on. He might be the greatest ever or an absolute turd but he has 3 whole years as a head coach. He’s never built a staff, had a full recruiting cycle, run his program.

What other school was under investigation for 200+ infractions, half the team leave, and taking over a team that hadn’t had a draft pick since 2018 and won 3 games the year prior. It was the worst team in school history.

Uh, Kentucky was a 2-win team and had been beaten by Vandy by 40+ points when Stoops took over. With a bunch of MAC recruits on the roster.
