Most Bama fans (of the non-social media-sky is falling herd) recognize one has to give someone at least SOME time in a job.
If someone were brought in to run a department at an organization that had been run for 20+ years by someone else and then some of the staff went and found new jobs immediately after that person retired - that's not the new guy's fault.
That's basically what it is now. We call them "players" but they're "free agency employee-agent entities". The term "student athlete" in the sense of college football is dead.

I'll admit I'm not crazy about the hire. He seems extremely naive and as I said before he has No idea what's coming. That said, as fans and alumni and players, we have no choice but to support or opt-out.
