I don't see how northerners live like this. Just going outside is an entire production.

My Sweetheart grew up in Maine and still has family there. We've gone up in summer and winter several times. Summer is great. Low 80s in the day with low humidity. They have a family compound on a lake with three cabins available for whoever is there. Goes down to high 50s, low 60s at night.
Winter is different. Snow from late November to April or May. Lots of it. But near Sunday River Ski resort and a family chalet there if we want to ski.

The same Northerners drop like flies if the temps get above 85 with 90% humidity.
